Aleph Strategies was commissioned by UNESCO to facilitate a collaborative MEL system design process, in preparation for a global baseline study. Working with senior programme leadership from around the world, we provided training, workshop facilitation, technical inputs and system development, enabling UNESCO to measure the impact of a highly complex behaviour change programme.
