The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change has been pioneering a new youth-led social cohesion initiative in Lebanon. Working with young people from diverse religious, social and ethnic backgrounds, the programme sought to foster open-mindedness, tolerance and understanding. Aleph was engaged to design a MEL framework, and conduct a baseline, midline and endline evaluation of the programme. We developed a suite of bespoke and innovative research tools, including game-based assessments to test behaviour change.
