Aleph supported the World Bank in analysing the gender and social dimensions of climate change in Tajikistan. The study explored how climate change disproportionately affects women, youth, and marginalised communities, particularly in rural areas. The assessment recommended inclusive policy reforms, localised climate adaptation strategies, and enhanced government capacity to integrate social considerations into climate action
