Aleph Strategies supported the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in developing a youth empowerment strategy for Uganda, focusing on refugee and host youth. The project aimed to enhance education, employment opportunities, protection services, and social cohesion. Through stakeholder mapping, focus groups, and co-designing a strategic framework, Aleph identified key needs and developed a programme-based approach to improve self-reliance and economic participation for young people.
