Aleph Strategies was commissioned by the BoP Innovation Centre on behalf of the UNSGSA for Financial Inclusion, to build a global impact strategy and measurement framework. The UNSGSA convened a partnership of CEOs from leading corporations including: Ant Finance, Rabobank, Telenor, Pepsico, Mastercard, PayPal, Unilever, Airtel, AXA and Santander. We conducted training and data collection in Pakistan and Kenya in order to test the impact of financial products and services aimed at low-income communities. We delivered a theory of change, MEL framework, case studies and strategy design recommendations.
